Let’s start from THE VERY BEGINNING

Last week I was asked to create a new e-learning app. It was a challenging project since the market is pretty competitive. Still, it was just an excellent opportunity to find a niche that is not already within the industry.

It was an individual project, and I had just one week of the timeline to do…

Ecomarket is the first sustainable and affordable online market that works only with local brands, offering great discounts, no using plastic packaging at all, and showing your purchase’s environmental impact.

Last week I was asked to create a project connected to building a habit in our daily lives. I decided to get into the sustainability habit and create an app to become more eco-friendly, as it is one of our world’s urgent topics to deal with. Firstly, I would like to express how much love I did this following project with since it connects…

For this Ironhack’s third challenge, we have been asked to jump into the shoes of a world traveller. Through his eyes, we will analyse the user experience of a travel app and identify the pain points that the user finds while he is trying to plan his trip.

Our goal is to recognise pain points and redesign the app’s friction areas to make it more user friendly. Firstly, we will go deep down through the user’s experience and ideate a proper solution after analysing its interaction with it through driving tests and interviews.

Our User Persona is a world-trotter, backpacker

For this second challenge, we were asked to make an exact reproduction of an app that we were familiar with and create the mid-fi wireframes with Figma. The goal was to create a wireframe version of the chosen app’s user flow based on screenshots or high-fidelity prototype screens of such app.

I chose Airbnb, as I used to use it a lot, and it’s one of my favourite apps, one of the ones I enjoy the most using it, and one of the most user-friendly. I love to travel, and this allows me to find resources efficiently and effectively. I…

Design Thinking first Ironhack’s challenge: to create a feature for Citymapper that solves the pain of purchasing different public transport tickets by other channels.

The Introduction

Citymapper is a public transit app and mapping service that displays transport options, usually with live timing, between two locations in a supported city. It integrates data for all urban modes of transport, including walking, cycling and driving, in addition to public transportation.

Citymapper started in 2011 in London, which it calls “the world’s most historic and iconic public transport city”.

While the coronavirus is threatening us all, and the countries are starting lockdowns again, from here, New Zealand, life seems pretty much a dream as the meister would say.

“All that we see or seem is but a dream within a dream.”
